Dear Patients,

I am pleased to announce that our practice has joined Aspire Allergy & Sinus to expand our focus on the diagnosis and treatment of allergy, asthma, anaphylaxis, immunologic and sinus related illnesses.

Aspire Allergy & Sinus is a trusted group of allergists and otolaryngologists who have been serving patients across Texas and the southern United States for the last ten years. Partnering with them will give you access to a wider variety of treatment options for your allergy, asthma and sinus concerns as well as a bigger support network for your care. They have multiple clinics in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico and Texas.

There are a few changes that will take place in a couple weeks, starting April 6.

The hours at our main clinic in Victoria will shift. New hours will be:

Monday & Thursday: 9am - 6pm (last injection at 5:30pm)

Tuesday & Wednesday: 8am - 5pm (last injection at 4:30pm)

Friday: 8am - 12 pm (last injection at 11:30am)

Also on April 6, all incoming calls to our clinic will be routed to the Aspire Patient Services Department, where you'll be able to do all the things you would have been able to do previously, like:

• Schedule and reschedule appointments

• Ask questions about your treatment or care

These changes will allow the on-site staff to fully serve patients in the clinic, while those calling can have their needs addressed in a timely manner.

And lastly, starting on April 6, we ask that you schedule your injection appointments rather than just walking in. This will reduce any bottlenecks in the schedule and minimize wait time in the clinic. We will never turn anyone away if you have enough staff to service you, however this will help us manage everyone's time effectively.
